The Boathouse’s Yuzu No Boozu

Bottoms Up
Oct. 10, 2026

Looking for a zero proof drink with a view? Scope out the changing colors across West Grand Traverse Bay at The Boathouse, where the fall NA menu is primed to shine. We opted for the Yuzu No Boozu, a very convincingly crafted cocktail that had all the complexity of its alcoholic counterparts but, as the name implies, none of the booze. Featuring a tropical green tea blend as its base, this sip combines lime and agave with yuzu juice, an East Asian citrus fruit that looks a bit like a lemon crossed with a clementine and has a comparable flavor profile. The end result is aromatic, soothing, and just a little bit tart. Enjoy a glass ($12) at 14039 Peninsula Dr. in Traverse City, perhaps paired with the crisped-to-perfection Tempura Asparagus. boathouseonwestbay.com
