Lu Bian’ General Tso’s Chicken

Tastemaker
By Lynda Wheatley | Dec. 19, 2020

Amid the ever-changing restaurant environment of 2020, the Wineguys Restaurant Group (owners of City Park Grill, Palette Bistro, and Roast & Toast in Petoskey, Michigan) last week launched a new delivery-only venture focused on Chinese-centric cuisine. (“Lu Bian” is a Mandarin Chinese word meaning curb or roadside.)

One mouthwatering must-try: General Tso’s Chicken ($14.95), Executive Chef John Norman’s twist on traditional sweet and sour chicken, accompanied by vegetable fried rice and, of course, chopsticks and a fortune cookie. Like all on Lu Bian’s menu, the dish will only be available for curbside delivery at City Park Grill, 432 E. Lake St. Check out the entire menu and order at lu-bian.square.site or call (231) 347-0101.
