The Titanic would be the epitome of ocean liner luxury. Even though it was thought of as "unsinkable," by 2:30am on April 15, 1912 she would be at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean. Historians call it the end of the Industrial Revolution, but the great loss of life would make it much more than a mere mark in history.
