Every September, Roast & Toast ups the beverage ante with its seasonal, tea-spiced apple “chai-der.” Equal parts Chai tea and local apple cider — generally Friske’s, though they also frequent other local suppliers — steamed up hot and topped with a layer of frothy foam, this savory sipper is autumn warmth in a glass.
